Yes, you can cancel the suscription anytime. To do so, Sign in to the insMind website, click on your profile avatar, find the My subscription tap, click on Manage Subscription, and follow the steps to unsubscribe.

For a monthly subscription plan, the credits you receive are valid within the current billing cycle and will automatically reset on the next billing date. Unused credits will not carry over to the following month. For an annual subscription plan, credits are distributed on a monthly basis. The credits allocated each month are only valid within that monthly cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over. For One-time Payment credits, they are available for use at any time within 2 years from the date of purchase.

The insMind membership service is a virtual product, and its value is significantly diminished once activated. As a general rule, payments made are non-refundable.
